1. What do we offer?
Above all, extremely reliable, precisely manufactured and carefully tuned hand-made tattoo machines. In addition to the current PTM production, including the standardly built models and their variants, our e-shop further offers several special made custom tattoo machines, high-quality power supplies, hardware and parts, as well as practical accessories from our workshop, along with some merchandise.
For iron machines, it is usually possible to choose a specific frame variant, aluminium machines are made in five different colours, and for any machine you may select one of several different coils, 3 types of clamping screws and two kinds of contacts as you wish.
Our gallery displays examples of some older models and unique special pieces built in the past ... if interested, you can order these custom tattoo machines, or simply the regular models adapted to individual requirements regarding their speed and hardness, and you can even add your own design of coils.
All of our tattoo machines are supplied with a three-year warranty with free service, unlimited customer service after expiry of the warranty, availability of all spare parts and, of course, individual approach and free consultancy, sharing years of our experience with you.

2. How to order?
Here in our e-shop you can choose and configure a tattoo machine, add it to your shopping cart along with other items, and pay directly via PayPal or a credit card. Bank transfer is also possible, in which case you will receive information regarding your payment within 1 working day. Payment by cash on delivery works only for the Czech Republic and Slovakia, sorry...

No matter how you contact us, we’ll be happy to assist you with your choice. Another option is to stop by at our showroom in the centre of Prague (Mon-Thu 1-6pm at Bobek Tattoo, Myslíkova 30), or meet us personally at some of the tattoo conventions. We also recommend to check whether there is our official distributor available directly in your country (the list of distributors here).

3. How long does the delivery take?If the selected machine is on stock, its delivery takes 2-3 working days in the Czech Republic, 4-5 working days within Europe, and about 7-10 days outside the EU (after receiving the payment). If its necessary to build the machine according to your personally selected configuration, it will take about 3-5 days longer (depending on specific circumstances). In the case we are unable to ship your parcel within 5 working days, we will contact you..

4. What does the 3-year warranty cover?
During 3 years, we offer free warranty services (including replacement of springs) for which you only pay the return shipping & cost of spare parts in case of mechanical damage, such as if your machine fell down, etc. However, even after expiry of the warranty period, we’ll still be available for you with full service at any time.

5. What are the main principles of maintenance and care ?
Most of all, we strongly recommend to use machine covers, not to touch the machine (especially the springs) without gloves, and to follow technical specifications, in particular to comply with the voltage of up to 6 - 6.5V. If you need to replace a spring and you are not confident you can make it by yourself, just contact us, or at least let us send you exactly the correct and properly shaped type of the spring.
